Strongly quasi-hereditary algebras and rejective subcategories

Ringel's right-strongly quasi-hereditary algebras are a distinguished class of quasi-hereditary algebras of Cline-Parshall-Scott. We give characterizations of these algebras in terms of heredity chains and right rejective subcategories.
