The Norms of Graph Spanners

A tt-spanner of a graph GG is a subgraph HH in which all distances are preserved up to a multiplicative tt factor. A classical result of Alth\"ofer et al. is that for every integer kk and every graph GG, there is a (2k1)(2k-1)-spanner of GG with at most O(n1+1/k)O(n^{1+1/k}) edges.... Show more
