\(R\)-matrix with Time-dependence Theory for Ultrafast Atomic Processes in Arbitrary Light Fields

We describe an ab initio and non-perturbative \(R\)-matrix with time-dependence theory for ultrafast atomic processes in light fields of arbitrary polarization.
