Is it possible to observe a suppressing of ββ-decay caused by an atomic substance - plasma transition ?

It is supposed that β\beta-decay can be slightly suppressed at an atomic substance - plasma transition under a plasma electron gas action. The estimation shows that this effect can give a relative difference of the decay amount on a level of 10410^{-4}.
